At babblevoice, we’re committed to keeping your phone systems secure, reliable, and running smoothly. As part of that commitment, we want to make sure you're aware of some upcoming End of Life (EOL) dates for certain equipment that may have been installed in your surgery as part of your babblevoice system.
What “End of Life” means
When a device reaches its End of Life, the manufacturer stops providing full technical support, firmware updates, and security patches. While the hardware may continue to function, this lack of updates can make your system:
- More vulnerable to security risks such as cyberattacks and malware.
- Less compatible with newer systems and software.
- Harder to support or repair, should any faults occur.
